Position : Account Manager
Status : Full-Time Hourly (4 hours)
Location : Washington, DC
Hours : 5 days per week, from 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develops a deep understanding of organizational strategy and requirements and oversees the monitoring of executive satisfaction and service delivery. Maintains relationships with executives and managers and liaises with customers to review, monitor, and report on the performance to improve customer satisfaction and meet clients' needs. Qualifications commensurate with a BS / BA in Business or appropriate field (or equivalent) and approximately 5 years of experience associated with Client / Account Relationship Management.
