Job Overview :

Graham Technologies seeks a highly skilled Microsoft Knowledge Management Specialist to support the development, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365-based knowledge management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leveraging SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting to enhance collaboration and content management. This role requires expertise in configuring and administering SharePoint Online, developing custom solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient data governance.

Responsibilities :

Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administration :

Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions.

Implement and enforce best practices for content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and data governance.
Leverage Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other development tools to enhance SharePoint functionality and integrate with external systems.

Automation & Development :

Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes and workflows.

Developed and executed PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and troubleshoot system issues.

Implement SharePoint Online analytics solutions to generate reports and demonstrate the value of published content.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting :

Diagnose and resolve SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technical issues efficiently.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand knowledge management needs and recommend improvements.

Provide training and guidance on best practices for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 adoption.

Minimum Qualifications :

10 years of experience using the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting.

10 years of experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions).

10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing timely solutions.

5 years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and other tools for extending SharePoint functionality and integrating with external systems.

5 years of experience in data management, including content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and data governance within SharePoint Online.

5 years of experience querying SharePoint Online analytics to consolidate and create reports demonstrating the value of published content.

Must be a US citizen and be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications :

Expertise in Microsoft 365 security and compliance best practices.

Experience supporting government IT environments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with experience providing training and documentation for end-users.
