Job Overview :
Graham Technologies seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage critical operations for our customers in Washington, DC. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for the contracting officer, COR, and the customer program manager, ensuring all activities align with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program management expertise in a federal government environment.
Responsibilities :
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities under the PWS.
- Oversee and review the work of subordinates to ensure deliverables and requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the contracting officer, COR, and the customers' program manager, addressing all project-related matters.
- Develop and present monthly dashboards and performance updates to senior-level leadership.
- Apply strategic thinking to anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Execute program objectives within defined timelines and budgets while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive collaboration among stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and optimal outcomes.
