Job Overview :
Graham Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Writer with subject matter expertise to support our customers' Federal IT Program Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in creating, reviewing, and managing clear, concise, and impactful documentation to meet the needs of end users and stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with various teams and effectively conveying complex information through innovative visualizations and standardized content.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and edit program management artifacts, briefings, and reports to ensure they are clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience.
- Utilize visualizations and innovative technology to enhance comprehension and engagement.
- Standardize content across all platforms to ensure consistency and coherence.
- Revise and review documentation as needed or directed, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Maintain documentation in a centralized repository under version control to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the customers' Communications team, to gather and incorporate information required for documentation.
