About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting consumer, commercial, and agricultural tires to our Graham Tire locations in South Dakota and Nebraska. The position requires loading and unloading tires at both our Graham Tire locations as well as our warehouse. You’ll be home most evenings, with the exception of one overnight stay per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial truck to deliver tires across designated routes.
- Load and unload consumer, commercial, and agricultural tires at various stops.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management.
- Ensure proper documentation and handling of deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL).
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift and carry tires weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to perform minor truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and punctual.
- Willing to travel with one overnight stay per week.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
