Position : Web Designer / Developer
Status : Full-Time Hourly (4hours)
Location : Washington, DC
Hours : 5 days per week, from 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepares art and graphic design / illustration projects. Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contributes to the group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings. Designs the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications. Develops applications based on current, new and future net-based applications. Requires significant graphics, design, HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience. BA / BS required with 3 or more years of relevant experience.
