We’re looking for an Influencer Talent Manager - Tiktok who will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our Tiktok-first influencer roster. You'll scout, manage, and nurture top-tier Tiktok talent, driving brand deals and collaborations. Manage & Scale Tiktok Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow their Tiktok presence while securing brand deals.
Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new Tiktok-first creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
Foster Brand Relationships: Build and nurture strong partnerships with brands and agencies to book top talent for campaigns.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall Tiktok strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.
