We’re looking for an Influencer Talent Manager - YouTube who will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our YouTube-first influencer roster. You'll scout, manage, and nurture top-tier YouTube talent, driving brand deals and collaborations. What You’ll Do
Manage & Scale YouTube Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow their YouTube presence while securing brand deals.
Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new YouTube -first creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
Foster Brand Relationships: Build and nurture strong partnerships with brands and agencies to book top talent for campaigns.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall YouTube strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.
Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

YouTube Expertise: Deep knowledge of YouTube trends, features, and best practices, with a proven track record of managing YouTube talent.
Influencer Management Experience: Experience managing a roster of YouTube influencers and securing successful brand partnerships.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating and securing deals with brands and marketing agencies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Drive the growth of Grail’s YouTube division and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
