GRAIL is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to become part of the Market Access team. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enable Galleri partner programs. The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, and reporting on key initiatives and partnerships. This role requires a positive, collaborative, and team-based attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Act as key point of contact and lead the enablement of Market Access initiatives, partnerships, and implementation activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment to drive towards successful execution.
- Establish, manage and maintain the successful and timely execution of project timelines, including developing a plan, managing scope, contracting support, resourcing, and managing timelines.
- Effectively manage governance, risk, and issues; report progress on key complex initiatives and partnerships, and anticipate potential issues with proactive troubleshooting, escalation, and problem solving.
- Provide support in analyzing data trends and provide guidance and insights to programs and initiatives.
- Manage discrete threads of work in running cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality work products.
- Deliver solutions to meet partner or key initiative requirements while working cross-functionally to remove barriers to successful completion of projects.
- Evaluate and develop industry-standard processes or solutions that deviate from existing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications :
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $114K-$142K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
