Job Summary

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a clean work area. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
