Grain Group is seeking a Paid Search and Social Supervisor to join our high-performance team of growth marketers, creatives, media planners, and data scientists. The Supervisor must demonstrate strong consultative insights, internally and externally, and display the necessary leadership to lead social planning and execution across Grain's portfolio of clients. This role includes developing and managing effective delivery media strategies based on known client business objectives and client expectations and communication throughout the engagement.

Direct, hands-on experience and Blueprint certification in Meta is required.

Responsibilities : Specific Duties

  • Manage paid search and social planning and buying activities associated with assigned accounts – helping to develop objectives and strategies that coincide with the client’s marketing direction.
  • Work with media partners to develop, negotiate, and execute media plans, and gauge performance and KPIs to determine the extent to which client objectives and strategies are being met
  • Optimize self-managed campaigns based on client objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all elements of success are utilized.
  • Oversee and develop process and framework for media reporting – working with adops & performance teams to deliver actionable insights for clients on a timely basis
  • Intimately understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported.
  • Grow a strong relationship with clients and client agencies - through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the client’s basic business issues.
  • Assist in the ongoing monthly actualization and clearance of client investments - in alignment with the terms and conditions of industry-standard finance practices.
  • Provide POVs on various media in the marketplace
  • Assist with new business efforts when required

  • Ensure all direct reports master the skills and organizational savvy required for advancement.
  • On-Going Skills and Behaviors :

  • Develop a detailed awareness of client business issues, and ongoing awareness of industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client-relevant aspects of Digital Media, Display, Video, CTV, DOOH, Mobile, etc.
  • Formal certification or experience in the following tools are required : Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing, etc
  • Additional paid social or search experience is desired.
  • Requirements :
  • 3 years of paid digital advertising experience required.
  • Experience managing paid programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Motivated (self-starter) who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to be challenged by their
  • work and clients.
  • The candidate will work across multiple accounts and must be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Great analytical and presentation skills are a must. You must also be able to think on your feet to deliver outcomes.
