We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering team. In this role, you'll help keep critical capital projects on track by managing purchases, tracking equipment and documentation, coordinating asset deliveries, and supporting commissioning efforts. Your ability to multitask and stay one step ahead will play a key part in helping us meet deadlines and maintain smooth project operations.

You'll report to the Director of Engineering & Automation and work closely with Project Managers, vendors, facility teams, and contractors. You'll also collaborate with departments like accounting, operations, quality, and safety to make sure communication is clear and project milestones are met. You'll travel to different project sites to understand their unique requirements and establish strong working relationships.

- Coordinate purchases and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and contractor services
- Track and tag assets, ensuring accurate delivery, labeling, and location assignments
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, manuals, and equipment records in maintenance system.
- Support commissioning activities by organizing checklists, manuals, and testing coordination
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and assisting with budgets
- Oversee contractor site access, orientations, and security card coordination
- Monitor quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business and basic accounting knowledge are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Experience with inventory control is beneficial
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with sound judgment
- Comfortable working around allergens such as grain and dust
