POSITION SUMMARY: This position would provide direct support and assistance to the High School Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and greet school visitors (either in person or over the phone) and provide appropriate assistance - answering questions, providing information, or referring to appropriate school personnel
- Assist building principals with daily tasks
- Maintaining and updating daily discipline log entries in the student information system
- Communicating discipline-related information to parents and staff as directed.
- Support and scheduling of parent-teacher conferences.
- Monitory daily attendance records
- Track Tardies
- Ensuring confidentiality of student records in compliance with district policies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google, and other web-based programs
- Demonstrated ability to handle information with utmost confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of record-keeping and filing techniques
- Ability to work independently
- Comprehend, interpret, and apply regulations, procedure,s and related information
- Communicate and work effectively with others
- Read, understand, and interpret reports relating to the job
