Position Overview :
Coordinates the activities related to the implementation of complex customer opportunities. This person works cross-functionally to develop and resolve complex and / or unique customer programs, develops new processes as required and acts as a point of reference for customer deals, contract negotiations, RFP preparation, customer departmental transition, and post analysis customer debriefs.
Key Responsibilities :
Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or relates business field.
What will put you ahead? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 5 or more years previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or related business field. Proven ability to influence without authority.
Preferred skills : Intermediate to advanced excel skills including ability to scrub, sort, and manipulate large amounts of data and use V-Look Ups and formulas. Experience with Smart Sheets a plus.
