You Will
- Lead a team of 10 employees, responsible for leveraging mid-funnel marketing channels to drive growth.
- Manage external partner relationships for mid-funnel marketing channels · Create testing frameworks and processes to achieve measurable results at scale.
- Optimize (cost & effectiveness) the delivery of marketing campaigns and programs to achieve defined strategic marketing goals
- Execute multi-channel campaigns that achieve defined marketing goals & objectives across email, direct mail, & sales collateral.
- Oversee and manage the budget, growth and optimization of current programs and identify and evaluate new program opportunities.
- Collaborate across marketing teams and broader business to ensure multi-channel marketing campaigns are executed effectively to create seamless customer experiences.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related disciplines, MBA preferred
- 10 years of equivalent work experience. · Demonstrated leadership to manage, develop and refine the technical and leadership capabilities of employees.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Repair and Operations Products and Customers in addition to marketing within a complex matrix organization.
- Proven experience negotiating, managing and directing large external partner relationships to deliver on results.
- Management and technical experience in print, mailing, & email.
- Proven leadership skills to drive changes throughout an organization.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement or quality procedures.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to analyze and present conclusions on business performance to stakeholders and executives.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with and present to teams and stakeholders with varying levels of marketing knowledge.

Salary : $145,700 - $242,800
