Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 to $130,400.00.

Position Details :

You will be part of the Technical Operations Project Management Office (PMO) which provides technology project governance and technology process support, enabling technology projects and related functions. You will administer existing IT governance and help investigate and resolve issues related to operations. You will also contribute to analyzing, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing new governance processes and related solutions.

You will report to the Sr Manager, IT Process and Governance. This position is hybrid in either our Chicago or Lake Forest, IL and is expected to be in the office 2 days per week.

You Will :

Administer and support existing IT process and governance operations which includes use of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.

Collaborate with Portfolio and Product Managers on questions surrounding the process and governance.

Investigate and help resolve operational issues for our solutions and related functions.

Champion Continuous Improvement by evaluating repetitive processes and make recommendations for operational improvements and efficiency gain.

Gather requirements and contribute to designing, testing, and implementing new IT Governance processes and related solutions.

Document existing and new processes and governance improvements.

You Have :

2 years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of a business analyst role.

Experience analyzing / gathering requirements for new processes / solutions and facilitating discovery meetings with business and technology stakeholders.

Experience working within an enterprise IT Governance function.

Familiarity with tools (like ServiceNow and Jira) and experience using analytics reporting tools like PowerBI.

Experience organizing content in documentation repositories like Confluence and SharePoint.

Experience operating in an Agile context and ability to thrive in a matrix-oriented environment.

BA / BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (preferred)
