Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is [[cust_payrangemin]] to [[cust_payrangemax]]. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.
You Will
- Respond to system issues involving conveyors, PIE, sortation and controls (EMS, WCS, Sort Director, EWM, Hardware, and Software)
- Basic troubleshooting / diagnostic and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of the conveyor system and building components, including PLCs, DC drivers, AC invertors, linear motors, VFDs, encoders, scanners, power distribution, communication systems, computer-controlled building systems, conveyor systems and maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Be a subject matter expert for conveyors, cross belt system, Dematic Multi Shuttle System / Goods to Person System
- Operate all material handling and mobile equipment within the Distribution Center
- Work at heights and in unusual positions
- Must be available for 24-hour on-call rotation
- Knowledge and application of safe work practices, lockout / tagout (LOTO) standards and Arc Flash
- Follow codes, such as the NEC, BOCA and UBC, MSDS and OSHA
- Design, implement, and document PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley) programming changes to automated equipment when authorized
- Troubleshoot, and implement changes to I / O device networks such as Probus, Data Highway, and CanBus
