- Work in a production environment with daily quotas
- Maintain a high pace of image capture while maintaining Photography Standards and following our Photography Lighting Guidelines
- Photograph products to highlight their functionality, features, benefits and uniqueness
- Strict attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills are required to keep product and accessories together
- Handle multiple (often conflicting) priorities simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
- Collaborating with other teams to support all Grainger ecommerce needs
- Enthusiastic team player with a desire to learn and grow as a photographer
- Ability to shoot products efficiently while producing high quality work and keeping within deadlines
- Minimum Associates degree in Photography
- 5 years of product photography experience
- Strong understanding of strobe lighting and composition to enhance product appeal
- Proficient in working with reflective and clear products on glass surfaces
- Intermediate knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Adobe Premier
- PC based environment, Microsoft Office and Teams experience a plus
- Technical knowledge of Canon Cameras and Broncolor and Profoto lighting
- Comprehensive understanding of color correction
- Working knowledge of all photographic formats and files.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Video experience a plus
