">This Part-Time Assistant Coach position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about developing young athletes and contributing to the success of our university. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in day-to-day coaching duties, including managing the roster, evaluating talent, and recruiting student-athletes.
">Key Responsibilities

- Coaching men's and women's jumping and multi events under the direction of the Head Coach. ">
- Managing the roster to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations. ">
- Evaluating potential student-athlete talent and conducting correspondence via various channels. ">
- Completing necessary Compliance and Institutional documentation. ">
- Recruiting student-athletes who meet University academic and athletic standards. ">
- Working closely with academic support staff to monitor athletes' academic progress. ">
- Assisting with travel to events and coordinating with other personnel as needed. ">
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletics Department. ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required. ">
- Two to five years of coaching experience on collegiate or high school level, or as an intern. ">
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
- Maturity and sound judgment. ">
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree and previous experience in intercollegiate athletics. ">
