- Provide assistance to the Head Coach in coaching men's and women's jumping and multi events. ">
- Manage the roster and ensure compliance with NCAA regulations. ">
- Evaluate potential student-athlete talent and conduct correspondence via various channels. ">
- Complete necessary Compliance and Institutional documentation. ">
- Recruit student-athletes who meet University academic and athletic standards. ">
- Work closely with academic support staff to monitor athletes' academic progress. ">
- Assist with travel to events and coordinate with other personnel as needed. ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required. ">
- One to five years of coaching experience on collegiate or high school level, or as an intern. ">
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. ">
- Effective written and oral communication skills. ">
- Sound judgment and maturity. ">
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree and previous experience in intercollegiate athletics. ">
