Role: MRI Supervisor

Position: Full Time Benefits & Sign on Bonus, $15,000 in three equal payments.

Job Summary:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a team in a healthcare setting. Your role will involve ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise and guide staff in performing their duties effectively.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as CT and sonography.
- Ability to scan and interpret results accurately.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques for patient care.
- Oversee the technical and compliance measures of all aspects of operations in MRI.
- Assist with scheduling employees in their modality to ensure staffing meets patient volume needs.
- Involved in the hiring process of new staff.
- Oversee technical procedures, patient care and workflow to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Perform the duties of a MRI Technologist.
- Act as a coach to provide guidance for other staff members and facilitate collaboration with all levels of departmental personnel.
- This individual will participate in rotating weekend on-call rotation 8a-Noon Saturday and Sunday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,910.00 - $140,121.00 per year
