Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for assigned manufacturing processes, reviewing process controls, emphasizing continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodology and Kaizen activities.
This role involves participating in the development of cell layouts, set up reduction (SMED), lead time reduction, improving productivity through waste reduction.
The Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for achieving product target cost, improved efficiency, identifying possible production problems for existing products within their scope of accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Project management
