About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Manager to join our team at GRAMMER Americas. The ideal candidate will have experience in MP&L/Materials and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Production Manager to develop production plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager on product launch, BOM and engineering change coordination
  • Support Quality Manager to ensure customer satisfaction initiatives and vendor base measures
  • Oversee MP&L personnel for warehousing and production planning functions
  • Ensure IATF 16949 compliance, customer delivery ratings, premium freight, inventory turns/DOH and cost management
  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet challenges in today's competitive global market
