About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining project timelines, managing project implementation in the plant, analyzing and validating project risks, defining and sustaining quality levels, and more. The successful candidate will also be involved in determining project capital needs, launch strategies, and process flows, as well as proposing plans for changes to the process, equipment, molds, and tooling to ensure reliability and compatibility with existing standards and systems. In addition, the Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Project management experience
- SAP workflow knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Automotive industry experience
- Injection molding and robotic experience required (Fanuc)
