Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer and Digital Media representative is responsible for conceptualizing and producing multimedia content that engages, appeals to, and educates consumers and business partners. They will also stay up to date on the latest market and industry trends to increase brand awareness.

Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the design of all artwork that is required by the business
Creating material by hand or using technology and creative software to generate illustrations, layouts and designs
Design brochures, magazine artwork, billboards, and advertising for a variety of media formats
Produce high-quality digital illustrations for packaging and promotional material in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
Deliver visual identities through day-to-day tasks and end-to-end projects
Work under the direction of, or closely with directors
Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions as requested
Draft, edit, and proofread well-structured pieces before publication
Create unique, engaging, and innovative content for digital platforms such as social media and marketing material
Manage various forms of digital content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and graphics
Find and identify opportunities for the brand to build awareness across various media platforms
Develop, administer and manage content displayed on Digital Menu Boards/TVs, Weedmaps/Leafly and SMS Text Blast Platform(s)
Maintain communication with (the) team from projects start to finish
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Graphic & (or) Digital Designer or similar role, portfolio required
A minimum of three years of professional experience, with strong emphasis on graphic design and digital marketing.
Proficient in design software (e.g.; Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
Digital marketing tools (e.g.; Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
Experience in cannabis specific platforms such as Weedmaps, Dutchie, IHeartJane, Diivy Digital, Leafly and Springbig is preferred
Ability to work autonomously
Adhere to strict deadlines
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong time-management skills
Minimum High School or G.E.D. equivalent required
Must be an Arizona resident
Able to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card
