Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and serving under the direction of the dietary manager or cook.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times.
- Clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and assist with bussing to ensure a clean dining area.
- Handle food following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the dietary department in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in food preparation.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with assisted living or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
