Commercial Sales and Project Manager
Granbury Door and Window, a 24-year-old, 17-person glazing company located in Granbury, Texas, is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales and Project Manager to help us continue our growth in the commercial door and window industry. Our company completes commercial projects within a 100-mile radius of Granbury. This position is salaried with bonus potential and includes a company truck. The Commercial Sales and Project Manager will report directly to the company owner.

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management and Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Estimating/Quoting Projects: Prepare accurate estimates based on project specifications and determine material and labor requirements.
- Contract Management: Ensure that projects are delivered as promised while controlling costs and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Oversee commercial projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with field personnel and attending job site meetings.
- Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any challenges.
- Payment and Punch List Review: Approve payments for materials and collaborate with superintendents to address punch list items.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with estimating software.
- Familiarity with storefronts, commercial windows, door hardware, and access systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, architects, and field personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
