Granbury Door and Window is seeking an experienced and skilled Glazier/Installer to join our expanding team. Our business is rapidly growing and we’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help us meet this high demand. In this position, you will ensure that each installation is completed to the highest standards and provide an exceptional customer experience during the installation phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform expert installation of glass, windows, shower doors, door inserts, screens, custom entry doors, commercial doors, hollow metal doors, door hardware, and commercial storefronts.
- Fabricate and assemble storefront frames.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and complete installations on-site.
- Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work independently with strong self-motivation to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to install at least 50% of the following with relevant experience or training: entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, hollow metal doors, dog doors, sliding glass doors, storefront doors, door knobs, deadbolts, door closures, exit devices, shower doors, weather stripping, thresholds, door sweeps, storefront glass, and windows.
- Proficiently operate at least 75% of the following hand tools: screwdriver, pliers, chisel, hand file, needle-nose pliers, hammer, dead blow, pry bar, caulk gun, wire cutter, glass cutter, saw glide, hacksaw, nail set, tap and dies, tape measure, level, framing square, step ladder, and extension ladder.
- Skillfully use at least 75% of these power tools: cordless drill, cordless impact driver, circular saw, table saw, jig saw, miter saw, reciprocal saw, router, and grinder.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- A personal cell phone for communication with team members and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
