Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and offer additional services and special promotions
• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service and more.
• Follow vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI
• Maintain an accurate parts database
• Maintain a clean, orderly stock room and workspace
• Perform other tasks as requested

Requirements – Service Advisor:

• 
  Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Good customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Team participant with a good work ethic
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
