About the Role:
Immediate full time opening for the weekend midnight shift (Initial training conducted during day shift hours.) Candidate will be working with all services: Air Charter, Hand Carry, Air Freight, and Ground Transportation
Shift:
1900-0700 (Sat to Sun)
1900-0800 (Sun to Mon)
1800-0800 (Mon to Tues)
Responsibilities:
- Possess ability to maintain positive relationships with the customers and the vendors.
- A considered candidate must possess an ability to manage time critical expedited material, from the quoting process through the completion of the mission.
- Email and phone etiquette experience is required.
- Superb written communication skills.
- Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in the logistics transportation industry is a plus.
- This position requires the individual to multi-task while remaining organized in a fast paced, ever-changing setting.
- Provide effective problem resolution with quick, logical decision making.
- Candidate must be able to maintain focus and be self-managed.
- Positive inter-departmental relationships and support, without being disruptive.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service/operations experience, air transportation and truckload experience preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with potential new and existing customers.
- 24/7/365 staffing.
- Must be able to pass TSA background screening and drug/alcohol screening.
