Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Technology Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with Grand's business goals, driving revenue growth, efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing insights on emerging trends, risks, and innovations.
- Ensure IT and Business Intelligence functions work cohesively to deliver company-wide solutions.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, incorporating automation and AI where applicable.
2. IT Infrastructure & Security
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and hardware, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Manage IT support services, ensuring prompt and effective technical assistance to minimize downtime.
3. Business Applications & ERP Management
- Optimize business-critical applications, including NetSuite ERP, CRM, and POS systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology platforms across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new enterprise software solutions to support business growth and needs.
4. Data Strategy & Business Intelligence
- Develop a company-wide data strategy to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Optimize Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Leverage data analytics to improve forecasting, inventory management, and customer experience.
5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a team of IT, BI, and data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Manage technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in retail, distribution, or a related industry.
- Proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in eCommerce IT support, warehouse technology, and supply chain systems is a plus.
- Strategic planning experience, including setting IT goals and executing enterprise-wide solutions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
