We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Process reservations via phone, email, or in-person while utilizing the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests and colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A background in resort operations or night audit processes is beneficial for this role.
