We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team for our hotel renovations. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks for buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and within specifications.
Duties
- Construct and assemble frameworks for walls, floors, and roofs using wood or metal studs.
- Operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites as required.
- Install drywall, plaster, and siding to ensure a finished look.
- Perform metal building erection tasks as needed.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
Skills
- Proficient in construction management principles.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and practices.
