Renovation Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of renovation and remodeling, showcasing expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality results.

Duties

• Perform renovations and remodeling tasks including anything for our motel renovations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and material needs.
• Install units with precision.
• Execute masonry work as needed for structural or aesthetic enhancements.
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure durability and weather resistance in finished projects.
• Conduct construction inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the renovation process.
• Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or renovation work is essential.
• Proficiency with hand tools and familiarity with power tools used in construction.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices for accurate project planning.
• Experience with cabinet installation techniques is preferred.
• Basic masonry skills are desirable for completing various renovation tasks.
• Understanding of roofing systems and techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to perform caulking effectively for sealing joints and gaps in structures.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
