- Monitors exam candidates during the examination process, preventing unauthorized activities and ensuring the security of the exam.
- Maintains accurate records and reports related to exam administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve exam security and quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including exam candidates, faculty, and staff.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Able to consistently demonstrate high-quality customer service, empathy, and understanding.
- Basic computer proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, making recommendations to improve exam security and quality.
