Purpose within the Organization :
The purpose of this position is to assist with running day to day operations at the GCU Golf Course and to provide first class customer service.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose :
- Greet and assist customers in a positive, friendly manner.
- Assist with check-in and fee collection.
- Assist with selling merchandise and cleaning of golf shop.
- Receive golf reservations over the phone.
- Assist in tournament operations.
- Pick and set up driving range.
- Clean golf carts and golf cart storage area.
- Set up golf staging area.
