GCU is seeking a Graduate Assistant Administrative Assistant which will be an integral member of the Advancement team and will report to the Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Relations. The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for providing full administrative support in all fundraising and alumni activities including donor and public relations, mail and email appeals, special events, and data entry. What you will do :
- Provides full general office administration support in all departmental activities.
- Updates records in our CRM system, enters gift details & pulls reports.
- Participates in preparation and execution all departmental events (home game tailgates, ZooLights, Enchant, Wildlife World Zoo, Phoenix Suns Night, Coyotes Night, Day of Giving, Homecoming, Parent & Family Weekend, etc.)
- Acts as point person for student workers when alumni team is traveling.
- Ability to work extremely flexible work hours including evenings and weekends.
- Additional duties as assigned.
