Grand Canyon University is seeking a photographer to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCU's Student Engagement department.
Purpose within the Organization :
Produce high quality photographs of the various Student Engagement events as well as working alongside student leaders to create marketing materials to advertise these events.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose :
- Provide photography for the Student Engagement Department.
- Attend and photograph for Student Engagement events using professional equipment (provided).
- Capture photos and edit using software programs : Photoshop, Lightroom.
- Reach out to other students interested in photography projects.
- Upload photos to shared server / file location where marketing staff have access to them.
- Meet regularly with Marketing / Media Coordinator and student leaders to receive feedback or changes, review upcoming events, assignments, and communication strategies.
- Occasionally attend client meetings with the Coordinator.
- Maintain a strict schedule for completed tasks as requested by clients.
