Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions
Manages the Talent Acquisition team. May have dotted line responsibilities to Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
Experience/Education
- Coach, mentor, develop, train and support Talent Acquisition team.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and daily operations of the talent acquisition team.
- Responsibilities encompass the program management of the full cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and acquisition strategies for high quality candidates.
- Research and analyze data pertaining to recruitment, turnover, staffing patterns, labor markets and demographics to maximize utilization of manpower. Recommend improvements to reduce recruitment related turnover; prepare and analyze talent acquisition metrics.
- Coordinate recruitment staff in the development, identification and placement of qualified applicants. Coach, train and mentor recruiters and support staff for skill enhancement, recruiting strategies and techniques.
- Oversee and provide direction to managers and other HR staff in the talent acquisition process to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and reporting. Establish and maintain solid working relationships across the Organization.
- Develop long-term staffing strategies and qualified candidate pipeline to ensure the Organization has the necessary talent pool. Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms and other sources of applicants.
- Manage branding initiatives, ad generation and job postings for effective exposure.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Develop, track, and communicate meaningful metrics to measure progress monthly and on a year over year basis.

Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive relevant experience.
- Experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager in a corporate environment; Experience managing a team of recruiters.
- PHR/SPHR professional certification preferred.
- Must pass employment background investigation.
