Hualapai Preference Position: Coffee Shop Barista
The Coffee Shop Baristas are responsible for creating a unique experience for our guests through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverage & food products.

This position will act as a Hualapai ambassador and in the best interests of the Hualapai Tribe at all times.

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Create expertly-crafted beverages and food products using standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive working relationship.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and maintain quality and consistency of products.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with guests and team members.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference given to Hualapai Tribal members.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor and outdoor work environments with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Extended and irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and work under stressful conditions.
