Job Summary: The Airport Manager at Grand Canyon Resort Corp. is responsible for the overall management of our airport facilities. This includes managing airport services, supervising staff, and implementing safety protocols.
The successful candidate will have prior leadership experience in airport operations and a proven ability to make financial, budgetary, and business decisions related to airport operations. They will also possess knowledge of FAA standards and requirements required to run an airport facility, including air carrier and general aviation requirements.
You will lead, coach, train, develop, and motivate employees and supervisors to ensure service levels are maintained. You will communicate effectively and interact with guests and staff in a clear, concise manner providing prompt, outstanding customer service.
