About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Grand Canyon Unified Schools. As an ESS Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students with identified disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide instruction and support to students with disabilities in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- A valid Arizona Standard Professional Mod/Severe Special Education K-12 Certificate
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
