**Overview:**
Grand Canyon Unified Schools is seeking a Building Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds in a safe and efficient manner, troubleshooting and solving district and site needs as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service.
About the Position:
This is a key role within our organization, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable buildings and ground maintenance skills, be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, and be able to be trained and obtain CDL to drive school bus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain buildings and grounds in a safe and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and solve district and site needs as they arise
- Provide outstanding customer service and supervise others
