Math Teacher Position at Grand Canyon Unified Schools
We are seeking a highly qualified math teacher who can effectively communicate mathematical concepts and procedures to students. The ideal candidate is an outstanding mathematician with a passion for sharing their knowledge in innovative ways.
This is a full-time position starting in mid-July 2025, with a four-day week schedule.
The successful candidate will be provided with housing at a discounted rate, as well as comprehensive benefits including employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach high school mathematics to students of varying skill levels
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration
