Job Title: ESS Teacher
We are seeking a skilled and passionate ESS Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position working 144 days, four days a week, starting in mid-July 2025.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid Arizona Standard Professional Mod/Severe Special Education K-12 Certificate
- A cross-categorical certificate is preferred
- A current, valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction in content area
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, school personnel, and parents, and work cooperatively with others
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with fellow staff members, parents, students, and community members
- Reporting incidents of child abuse, altercations, and substance abuse for personal safety, a positive learning environment, and adherence to educational code of ethics and district/school policies
