Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Construction Person to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and appearance of our school grounds and buildings. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency repairs, and overseeing projects to improve our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and appearance of our school grounds and buildings
- Respond to emergency repairs and maintain a high level of customer service
- Oversee projects to improve our facilities and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent mechanical and construction skills
- Ability to supervise others and work independently
- Demonstrable buildings and ground maintenance skills
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to be trained and obtain a CDL to drive a school bus
