Assessment Administrative Assistant II provides high-level administrative and data management support to the Assessment Team. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. Location: Main Campus, hybrid office schedule

What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Maintain and prioritize the Assessment Team’s agenda, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain electronic records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with FERPA regulations.
- Review and process key approval documents using Adobe Acrobat.
- Compile, clean, and audit data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct audits and perform data entry related to assessment cycle processes.
- Collaborate with student workers across various College of Education departments.
- Assist with online meetings, video conferencing, and other digital communication tools.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Education background preferred, such as Business Analytics, teaching degree programs, or related fields).
- Experience creating surveys and analyzing survey data.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to solve problems.
- Experience handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in higher education is a plus.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered upon supervisor approval.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
