Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact, handling a high volume of client interactions via phone, in-person, virtually, and through mailings.
· Provide support for client inquiries and account-related tasks.
· Utilize various tech platforms to open accounts and manage client service requests with a high degree of accuracy.
· Guide clients through on-boarding and assist them in navigating our platforms.
· Process paperwork, client requests, and coordinate mailings.
· Manage accounts payable and subscriptions for office services.
· Provide administrative and organizational support to a team of three professionals.
· Ensure compliance with firm and industry documentation requirements, rules, and regulations.
· Maintain records and files using CRM software.
What You Bring to the Role:
· Experience: 2–3 years of client service in the financial industry.
· Familiarity with CRM software
· Familiarity with Black Diamond and Fusion are a plus
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
· Strong communication and listening skills, with a tech-savvy mindset.
· Professionalism and confidentiality in managing sensitive client documents.
· FINRA registrations (SIE and Series 65) are a bonus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite coupled with quick adaptability to new software.
