What you’ll do:
In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and adaptability are key.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing vendor invoices and ensuring payments align with contract terms.
- Entering product cost data into our Cost Estimate system.
- Managing travel and entertainment reimbursements for associates.
- Overseeing vendor administration and debit card programs.
- Supporting our Vacation Ambassador Program for customer service.
- Assisting with month-end close and other departmental needs.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience with using multiple systems to process single transactions (moving through different systems to track invoices/payments/transactions).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
- 2 years of relevant AP/AR experience is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
