We proudly provide a variety of farm-fresh goods, including meat, eggs, vegetables, flowers, and packaged products, to local farmers markets in Philadelphia.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Grand Cru Farm at farmers markets, working to connect our mission and products with customers. Your role will include:
- Arriving at the farm in Stockton, NJ, to load and prepare for market days.
- Traveling with provided transportation to farmers markets in Philadelphia.
- Setting up and maintaining an inviting and well-organized market stand.
- Engaging with customers to share our story and the benefits of our farming practices, such as regenerative agriculture.
- Selling our wide range of products, including meat, eggs, vegetables, flowers, and packaged goods.
- Tracking inventory, sales, and handling transactions.
- Assisting in the organization and logistics of our sales strategy and contributing to the farm’s marketing efforts, including creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), sharing farm updates, seasonal offerings, and engaging with our community online
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation to get to the farm in Stockton, NJ.
- A passion for local, sustainable farming and high-quality products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying market materials and product crates (up to 50 lbs).
- Previous sales, customer service, or farmers market experience is a bonus but not required.
